  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

Rayzora ships to selected international destinations.

  • Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions without prior notice


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Rayzora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions or force majeure events

We will assist customers where possible, but such delays are outside our control.


8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the package and product for investigation

  • Lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the courier

Rayzora is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Customers will be notified if this occurs.


11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages refused or unclaimed by the customer may not be eligible for refund

  • Any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount
