| What are the shirts made of? |
Comfort Colors 1717 — 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz., garment-dyed for the soft, broken-in feel that holds up to real washes. This is the standard for premium POD apparel right now. |
| How do I wash it without ruining the print? |
Turn inside-out. Cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach. The print is direct-to-garment (DTG) and holds well when washed cold — heat is the enemy. |
| Where does this ship from? |
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then printed to order at a US-based facility and usually ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. |
| What's your return policy? |
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items. Because each order is printed on-demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues — check the size guide before ordering. Defective items are always replaced, no questions asked. |
| Are you nurse-founded? |
RayZora was built with deep input from nurses but we won't claim something we can't prove. What we can say: every phrase, every design, and every product decision is filtered through the question "would a real nurse actually wear this?" If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't ship. |
| Do you have scrubs? |
Not yet. RayZora is off-duty apparel only. We exist in the hours after the shift ends. Scrubs are a different category and we have no plans to enter it at this time. |
